RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

You have 14 days from the date of collection to return items for store credit or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used on any future purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items, earring & personalised items.

How to Return

Returns are processed in-store during our opening hours:

  • Bring the item(s) and your proof of purchase to Liberty Square
  • Our team will inspect the item(s) and process your return

Refunds (Faulty Items Only)

For faulty or damaged items:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

If you'd prefer to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, we're happy to help subject to availability.
